The screws holes did not line up exactly but close enough to start the screws.

Perfect fit Looks great Very easy to install Written by Suzi Vanwarmer on 25th Sep 2020 Written by Marshell Meadows on 1st Nov 2020 Other than missing and mis aligned holes it fit well 4 Some mounting holes did not line up correctly.One I did the morning I was leaving as the old covers were so brittle I was afraid pieces of them would be flying down the high way.
I bought two and it took me about 30 minutes to change each unit. It did not have the two hole in the back but it also did not have the cut out like the original unit so maybe they felt they were not needed. The hole were slots and I had to do a little pushing and pulling but did not have to drill any extra holes. This cover was a great fit for my Duo-Therm model 57915.622.
